We know we’re nothing without you, and we understand you have many choices for car detailing. To stand out, we focus on providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction. At pick-up, we ask that you inspect your car to ensure you're happy with the results. If we missed anything, we'll correct it on the spot - and, if we can’t deliver on a promise we made after performing our service, we’ll cover the cost of a competitor's service.
You’ll notice that we don’t offer many of the services that other detailers do—yet. That’s because, while we likely can perform those services now, we won’t offer them to everyone until we feel we've mastered the process. This ensures that we can consistently deliver as close to perfection as possible.
